How to Connect a Camera to Another Account?

To connect a camera to a different account, you first need to remove it from its current account.

Please note! When you remove a camera from an account, its cloud archive is also deleted. If you need to transfer the camera to another account while preserving the cloud archive, please contact us.

Then, depending on the camera type and connection method:

  1. Ethernet cameras can be connected directly to the new account using their MAC address or serial number.
  2. Wi-Fi cameras must be reset to factory settings before connecting via QR code. Instructions for resetting can be found in the camera's manual or in the relevant section of our knowledge base. After resetting, the camera can be connected to the new account via QR code.
